Job Title: Receptionist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional and courteous Receptionist to join our dynamic and respected legal team. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for warmly greeting and assisting clients, visitors, and staff upon arrival.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls, direct them to appropriate departments, and take detailed messages.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Handle administrative tasks such as mail distribution, scheduling appointments, and managing meeting room bookings.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Receptionist is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Legal experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
