We are seeking a highly organized and professional Receptionist to join our team at ACS Recruitment Solutions Ltd.
About the Role:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage the front desk, including answering and directing phone calls, greeting clients, and handling correspondence.
- Process client information, including scanning and verifying documents, and maintaining accurate records.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as preparing and delivering banking, ordering stationery and office supplies, and maintaining electronic diaries and meeting room management.
- Ensure the reception area is welcoming and well-maintained, adhering to company standards and policies.
- Apply GDPR regulations and maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the role.
- Perform other administrative duties as required to support the departments, including opening and closing electronic matters on our Case Management System, scanning, and ordering archived files.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a reception or administrative role, with a background in legal work being desirable but not essential.
- Educated to GCSE levels 4-9 (A to C or higher equivalent qualifications accepted).
- A positive, professional, and approachable demeanor, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good base level of IT skills and the ability to learn new systems and software.
- Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
