Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the scheduling of installations, manage survey bookings, coordinate factory dispatches, and maintain diary management.
- Ensure installation teams are well-equipped with necessary materials and tools. Manage the procurement of office supplies and product replacements.
- Handle transport logistics, including weekly deliveries from suppliers and any additional transport needs as they arise.
- Maintain office hours from Monday to Friday, with a start time of 7am and a finish time of 4pm, allowing for some flexibility.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in an office management capacity within the window and door sector.
- Fluency in both Polish and English is essential.
- Proven experience in managing installation teams effectively.
- Must reside within a reasonable commuting distance to the office.
