We are seeking an experienced IT Trainer to join our team at Circle Group. As an IT Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering training programs to our employees on various software applications and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver training programs on MS Office, Document Management, and Azure
  • Develop and maintain training materials and resources
  • Provide technical support to employees during training sessions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop training programs
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in IT training and development
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office, Document Management, and Azure
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
