As a key member of our European business, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive engagement strategies to drive daily and monthly active usage across 20 markets.

About the Role

  • Develop and execute a data-driven engagement strategy to drive growth and retention of wallet users.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and finance, to identify opportunities for engagement and growth.
  • Design and implement consumer engagement programs that drive user interaction and retention.
  • Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of engagement strategies and make data-driven decisions.
  • Work closely with senior partners to ensure alignment and support for engagement initiatives.
  • Leverage CRM-based platforms to drive targeted engagement campaigns.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in driving consumer engagement programs within the fintech, digital payments, or app-based services industry.
  • Deep understanding of user engagement strategies, promotional activities, and market expansion tactics.
  • Experience in creating and scaling engagement programs from concept to execution.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organisation.
