Job Summary
We are seeking a talented Chef de Partie to join our team at Young's. As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes to our menu standards, while maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to our menu standards, using fresh and seasonal ingredients.
- Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Work effectively as part of a team, communicating with colleagues and management to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Contribute to the development of new menu ideas and dishes, working closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team.
- Manage kitchen inventory and supplies, ensuring that we have the necessary ingredients and equipment to deliver our menu.
- Participate in ongoing training and development, to improve your skills and knowledge and contribute to the success of the business.

Requirements

- A willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities, to contribute to the success of the business.
