Our Kitchen Team

We are seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our small but fabulous team, who share our passion for delivering exceptional food and service. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for championing excellent service through quality food, working closely with our Head Chef to design and deliver new dishes for our menus and daily specials.

Requirements
  • Experience championing excellent service through quality food
  • Possession of a passion to deliver fantastic food every time
  • Ability to work as an active hands-on Chef de Partie/Kitchen Supervisor
  • Willingness to learn new skills and be an active team player with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to demonstrate creativity and ability by helping to design and deliver new dishes for our menus and daily specials
  • Great planning and organisational skills, necessary to maintain effective controls with regard to both GP and labour
  • Pro-active approach to driving sales and delivering growth, through engagement with both kitchen and front of house teams
