About us:

Young's, a leading hospitality company, is seeking a talented Chef De Partie to join our team at The Ram Agency. As a Chef De Partie, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food quality and service in a fast-paced kitchen environment. You will work closely with our General Manager, Monse, to ensure seamless operations and provide an excellent dining experience for our customers.

What we look for in a Chef De Partie:

We are looking for an existing Chef De Partie or an excellent Commis Chef looking for their next step. As a successful Chef De Partie, you will have experience championing excellent service through quality food, demonstrate a passion to deliver fantastic food every time, and be an active hands-on Chef De Partie/Kitchen Supervisor. You will also show willingness to learn new skills, be an active team player with excellent communication skills, and work alongside your Head Chef to design and deliver new dishes for our menus and daily specials.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role or as a Commis Chef
  • Passion for producing quality fresh food
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts
