About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef De Partie to join our team at Young's Brewery in Exeter. As a Chef De Partie, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality food and exceptional customer service in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to a high standard, using fresh and seasonal ingredients.
  • Work closely with the Head Chef to design and deliver new menu ideas and daily specials.
  • Maintain effective controls regarding food costs and labour, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Drive sales and deliver growth through engagement with the kitchen and front-of-house teams.
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for our guests.

Requirements
  • Experience as a Chef De Partie or Commis Chef, with a passion for producing high-quality food.

  • A proactive approach to driving sales and delivering growth, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • A willingness to learn new skills and take on new challenges.
