Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Swimming Coach to join our team at Nuffield Health. As a Swimming Coach, you will be responsible for providing safe and effective swimming lessons to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage and inspire members of all ages to achieve their swimming goals
  • Deliver one-to-one lessons and make the most out of every opportunity to help people learn and develop
  • Be a positive role model with a fun and engaging approach
  • Promote memberships by explaining the advantages that our facilities offer

Requirements:

  • ASA Level 2 or equivalent qualification
  • Good track record of coaching swimmers of all ages and abilities
  • Experience of achieving targets and working with colleagues to improve the performance of teaching programmes
