Job Title: Lecturer in Business Psychology

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lecturer in Business Psychology to join our team at Global Banking School. As a Lecturer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality educational experiences to our students, engaging them in the learning process, and contributing to the development of our curriculum.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Teaching and Learning: Design, plan, and deliver lectures, tutorials, and other teaching and learning activities to ensure student outcomes are maximised.
  2. Assessment and Feedback: Design assessments and assess student work, providing timely and constructive feedback to students.
  3. Academic Support: Provide academic support and guidance to students as necessary, ensuring they have a positive and productive learning experience.
  4. Course Development: Develop, update, and improve course materials as appropriate and necessary, ensuring they reflect best practice in teaching and learning.
  5. Professional Development: Keep up to date with best practice in teaching and learning, and ensure your teaching reflects best practice and embeds technologies that enhance the learning experience.
Requirements:
  1. Qualifications: Hold a Master's (preferably in Business Psychology) and preferably a doctoral level qualification in your field, or be able to demonstrate success at an equivalent level professionally.
  2. Experience: Have experience of teaching in higher education, supervising student work, and providing support and feedback.
  3. Skills: Demonstrate professional conduct in all interactions with staff and students, have extensive knowledge of relevant subject matter, and be able to maintain thorough and organised student records.
