About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Credit Controller to join our team at Pure Resourcing Solutions. As a Credit Controller, you will play a crucial role in managing our company's cash flow and ensuring timely payments from our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Chase overdue debts and maintain accurate records of outstanding payments
  • Produce sales invoices in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Liaise with customers to resolve queries and issues related to sales invoices and payments
  • Allocate payments when received and maintain accurate records of payment transactions
  • Follow established credit control procedures for unrecoverable debts, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
  • Strong knowledge of Excel and other accounting software, with the ability to analyze and interpret financial data
  • Attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results
