Key Responsibilities:

  • Step into the Head Chef's role during their absence, managing kitchen operations and leading the team to deliver outstanding culinary experiences while maximizing profitability.
  • Exhibit a genuine passion for our cuisine, mastering the menu and specifications, and sharing this enthusiasm with your colleagues.
  • Organize shift preparations, ensuring adequate food production levels and effectively delegating tasks within the team.
  • Collaborate with the entire restaurant team to create memorable experiences for our guests, taking pride in the presentation and quality of dishes from your kitchen.
  • Maintain a pristine and inviting kitchen environment, adhering to established policies, procedures, and standards, while ensuring your team does the same.
