About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Manager to join our successful team in Cambridge. As a Commercial Manager, you will play a vital role in the delivery of our fit-out projects, working closely with our clients and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage junior quantity surveyors to ensure timely and accurate project delivery
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Manage and coordinate pre-construction, tendering, and delivery processes
- Ensure compliance with contractual and payment requirements
- Support the commercial director in the development of business strategies and plans
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in a quantity surveying and commercial management position
- Experience with a variety of contracts (JCT, D&B, NEC)
- Experience with fit-out projects, particularly in the commercial, education, and retail sectors
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to support and develop junior colleagues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
What We Offer:
