Key Responsibilities- Manage and Monitor Customer Accounts: Ensure that all customer accounts are up-to-date and that payments are made in a timely manner.
- Maintain Accurate Records: Maintain accurate records of all credit control activities, including customer interactions and payment history.
- Resolve Discrepancies and Disputes: Resolve any discrepancies or disputes that may arise with customers, including invoice disputes and account discrepancies.
- Liaise with Sales Team: Liaise with the sales team to manage credit exposure and ensure that all sales teams are aware of any credit control issues.
- Conduct Credit Checks: Conduct credit checks on new customers to ensure that they are creditworthy.
