Academic Leader for Special Educational Needs

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Foundation Lecturer at Windsor Forest Colleges Group.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a group of students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities, delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences.
- Plan, develop, and implement individualized curriculum programs for students with disabilities, multiple learning difficulties, or other barriers to learning.
- Provide a holistic education program, integrating the physical, academic, social, and emotional needs of individual students.
- Teach on a range of full and part-time courses in subjects related to their skills and experience, and contribute to the development of teaching and learning opportunities.
- Work closely with the Head of Foundation Learning to plan, deliver, and develop teaching and learning opportunities, and manage and support students in the department.
- Strong teaching and leadership skills, with experience of working with students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities.
- Ability to plan and deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences, and to assess student progress.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, students, and parents.
- Knowledge of curriculum development and implementation, and experience of working in a college or educational setting.
