TimePlan Education is seeking a qualified educator to join a primary SEMH institution. This position is designed for a dedicated professional who is passionate about supporting students with diverse needs.

Role Overview:

The selected candidate will engage in a full-time role, responsible for delivering lessons across various classes and year groups. The focus will be on:

  • Leading and facilitating lessons tailored to students with PMLD, ASD, ADHD, and SEMH.
  • Fostering an engaging learning environment that supports pupil development.
  • Building therapeutic relationships with students to enhance their educational experience.
  • Encouraging the inclusion of all students in learning activities to maximize their potential.
  • Implementing effective behavior management strategies.
