Clinical Specialist Radiographer - CT & General

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Specialist Radiographer to join our team at The Princess Grace Hospital. As a Specialist Radiographer, you will be responsible for providing high-quality diagnostic radiography services to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce high-quality images for both CT and General lists
  • Regular rotation throughout CT, General, IR, and Theatres
  • Work closely with Radiologists and Consultants in setting up policies and protocols for all imaging and patient pathways
  • Identify improvements on an ongoing basis and oversee the implementation of such improvements as agreed with the line manager
  • Assist the day-to-day running of the imaging service
  • Assist with patient bookings and administrative duties where necessary, ensuring verified radiologist reports are delivered in a timely manner
  • Assist with staff orientation and training

Requirements:

  • HCPC registration
  • Extensive CT experience gained post-graduation, ideally in the UK
  • High level of understanding with regards to clinical governance and protocols relating to CT and Plain Film scanning
  • Theatre experience essential
  • Experience in IR desirable
  • Experience in Cardiac CT desirable
  • Experience using GE and Siemens equipment desirable
