Clinical Specialist Radiographer Opportunity

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Specialist Radiographer to join our team at The Portland Hospital, a leading private hospital in the UK dedicated to women's and children's healthcare. As a key member of our Imaging department, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality diagnostic imaging services using state-of-the-art equipment, including a bespoke Paediatric Radiology Department.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in CT and Interventional Radiology, with a strong desire to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for providing accurate diagnostic imaging services, rotating through various modalities, and maintaining patient confidentiality at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate diagnostic imaging services using CT and Interventional Radiology equipment
  • Rotate through various modalities, including theatre, mobile x-ray, and fluoroscopy
  • Work within Radiation protection guidelines and maintain patient confidentiality
  • Participate in an on-call rota and extended working days

Requirements:

  • HCPC registration
  • Prior experience in CT and Interventional Radiology
  • Familiarity with PACS and RIS software systems
