About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Executive, Hospitality Accounts to join our team at UK Sport. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for managing and developing our seasonal hospitality accounts, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop seasonal hospitality accounts, building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless delivery of hospitality services, including lounge management and member communication.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote hospitality services.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop sales strategies to drive growth.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in hospitality sales or account management, with a strong track record of driving revenue growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong knowledge of hospitality industry trends and best practices.
