Salary: £60,000 - £65,000
The Hyde Group is in search of a skilled Salesforce Solutions Engineer to become a vital part of our innovative team.
As one of the foremost providers of affordable housing in the UK, we manage a significant portfolio of homes, serving a diverse customer base. Our mission is straightforward: by ensuring our customers have access to safe and quality housing, we empower them to reach their full potential and actively engage in their communities.
In the role of Salesforce Solutions Engineer, you will be instrumental in the development, integration, testing, and upkeep of features on our Salesforce and Contact Centre platforms. This position offers a remarkable opportunity for seasoned developers to refine their expertise and advance within our collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Convert user requirements into functional software solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem, adhering to industry best practices.
- Conduct unit, integration, and performance testing for new functionalities.
- Identify and rectify issues discovered during the testing phase.
- Engage in discussions with business representatives and fellow IT professionals.
- Work alongside development scrum teams and other IT departments to enhance the overall process, including monitoring, deployment, and support.
- Offer training and assistance to ensure team members possess the necessary business knowledge and skills.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Proven experience as a Salesforce developer.
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (mandatory).
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II (desirable).
- Capability to translate user requirements into effective software solutions within the Salesforce environment.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
