About the Role

We are excited to be working with one of Europe's largest hotel operators and asset managers, seeking an experienced Hotel Asset Management Associate to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to focus on their brand new high-end UK portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the valuation analyses, reporting, and forecasting of a large-scale hospitality portfolio across the UK.
  • Develop and maintain complex financial models to support business decisions.
  • Collaborate with international brands to drive asset management strategies.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in the hotel and hospitality sector, with a focus on asset management.
  • Strong ability to build and manipulate complex financial models.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
