Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Hotel Asset Management Associate to join their growing team, focusing on their brand-new high-end UK portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the valuation analyses, reporting, and forecasting of a large-scale hospitality portfolio across the UK.
  • Develop and maintain complex financial models to support asset management decisions.
  • Collaborate with international brands to drive business growth and optimize asset performance.
  • Contribute to the development of strategic plans to enhance the portfolio's value and profitability.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in hotel and hospitality asset management.
  • Strong ability to build and manipulate complex financial models.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
