Financial Operations and Asset Management

Under the guidance of the Assistant Director of Finance, you will support the Finance department in managing hotel assets and ensuring a centralized accounting environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Record F&B costs into the General Ledger System.
  • Monitor inventories of F&B to increase inventory turnover.
  • Carry out weekly stock takes and evaluate potential improvements.
  • Assist with and maintain purchasing agreements.
  • Verify reconciled inventory reports with book balance, actual count, and unit costs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a hotel's accounting department.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
