Hotel Asset Management Associate

We are excited to be working with one of Europe's largest hotel operators and asset managers, with a portfolio of over £2bn AUM, to find an experienced Hotel Asset Management Associate to join their growing team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the valuation analyses, reporting, and forecasting of a large-scale hospitality portfolio across the UK.
  • Develop and maintain complex financial models to support asset management decisions.
  • Collaborate with the team to drive business growth and optimize asset performance.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in the hotel and hospitality sector, with a focus on asset management.
  • Strong ability to build and manipulate complex financial models.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

We offer a competitive salary of £60k - £80k + bonus, and the opportunity to work with a leading hotel operator and asset manager in the UK.
