About the Role

We are excited to be working with one of Europe's largest hotel operators and asset managers, seeking an experienced Hotel Asset Management Associate to join their growing team. The successful candidate will focus on their brand new high-end UK portfolio, managing the valuation analyses, reporting, and forecasting of a large-scale hospitality portfolio across the UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the valuation, analysis, and reporting of a large-scale hospitality portfolio across the UK
  • Develop and maintain complex financial models to support business decisions
  • Collaborate with international brands to drive business growth and profitability
  • Contribute to the development of business strategies and initiatives to drive portfolio performance
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in hotel and hospitality asset management
  • Strong ability to build and manipulate complex financial models
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
