Job Overview

Head of Site Management

Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board is seeking a highly skilled Head of Site Management to oversee all aspects of day-to-day hospital operations. This pivotal role entails ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care and maintaining high standards of service across the site.

Main Responsibilities
  • Strategic planning and major incident planning
  • Business continuity planning and resource management
  • Compliance with healthcare regulations, including health and safety and security regulations
  • Work closely with clinical and non-clinical teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation in patient services
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in healthcare management, strong leadership abilities, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality patient care. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential, as you will engage with a wide range of stakeholders to achieve organisational goals.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
