About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Account Manager to join our team at Universal Business Team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence across England.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies that align with our company's mission and goals.
  • Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with key accounts, serving as a trusted advisor and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, aiming to significantly increase our market share and drive revenue growth.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure exceptional service and delivery, enhancing client satisfaction and retention.
  • Boost Client Spend: Help clients maintain and grow their spend, providing them with the best advice and solutions.
  • Product Expert: Use your knowledge to give clients the best advice and solutions, staying ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
  • Proven Success: A strong background in consultative sales and relationship management, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities, capable of understanding and addressing client needs effectively.
  • Self-Motivation: A results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Good Geographical Understanding: A good understanding of geographical locations to plan travel across England.
  • Experience in CRM Systems: Experience in working on CRM systems.
What We Offer
  • Salary: £40,000- £55,000 depending on experience.
