What you'll do

As a Care Worker with Alina Homecare, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients in Kingston-upon-Thames and surrounding areas. Your daily tasks will vary, but you'll be responsible for providing companionship, personal care, medication management, meal preparation, housework, and mobility support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing companionship and social interaction to clients
  • Assisting with personal care, including washing, dressing, and grooming
  • Managing medication, including prescription collections and reminders
  • Preparing healthy meals and snacks
  • Performing housework, including laundry, cleaning, and tidying
  • Assisting with mobility, including helping clients get around

What you'll need

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have a caring and reliable attitude, a driving license, access to a vehicle, and the right to work in the UK. Our comprehensive training program will equip you with the skills and knowledge you need to provide high-quality care to our clients.
