We are collaborating with TPP RECRUITMENT to find a dedicated Executive Assistant to provide exceptional support to the Chief Executive Officer. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Position Overview:

  • Type: Permanent
  • Salary: £53,000 per annum
  • Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week
  • Work Arrangement: Hybrid, primarily office-based with some flexibility for remote work
  • Location: Southwest London

Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer
  • Manage the CEO's calendar and prioritize appointments
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare necessary documentation
  • Handle correspondence and communication with various stakeholders
  • Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external inquiries
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions

Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant at a senior level
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Confidence in engaging with senior management
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Capability to foster effective relationships within a sizable organization
  • Meticulous attention to detail and organizational prowess
  • Experience in a university or research setting is a plus, but not mandatory
  • A collaborative approach to working with colleagues
