Job Title: Senior Radiotherapist/Therapeutic RadiographerJob Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Radiotherapist/Therapeutic Radiographer to join our team at University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and supporting the isotope and brachytherapy practice in Radiotherapy at UCLH.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and support the isotope and brachytherapy practice in Radiotherapy at UCLH.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans for patients undergoing brachytherapy and molecular targeted radiotherapy.
  • Provide clinical training and support to junior staff rotating through the department.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless delivery of patient care.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of quality systems and procedures.
  • Participate in research and data inputting as required.
Requirements:
  • BSc in Therapeutic Radiography or equivalent formal qualification.
  • Health Profession Council (HPC) registration as a therapy or nuclear medicine radiographer.
  • Clinical experience in brachytherapy and/or molecular targeted radiotherapy.
  • Practical experience in planning and delivering a wide range of radiotherapy techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
