Relief General Manager

As a Relief General Manager at Daniel Thwaites Head Office, you will play a vital role in supporting our portfolio of Inns. Your primary responsibility will be to cover the General Manager position at various properties, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.
When not on relief duty, you will be based at a local property, working closely with the General Manager and team to drive business growth and excellence. Your expertise will be invaluable in maintaining high standards of food and beverage service, guest satisfaction, and team performance.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced General Manager looking to take on new challenges and develop their skills further. You will be responsible for leading a diverse team, managing payroll budgets, and maintaining business records. Your ability to communicate effectively, drive results, and support your colleagues will be essential in achieving our business objectives.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the team to deliver exceptional hospitality and service
- Work collaboratively with the General Manager and team to achieve sales and profit targets
- Manage payroll budgets and rotas to meet agreed targets
- Maintain accurate business records and reports
- Take ownership of business operations during your relief assignments
- Support and drive the team to achieve targets and deliver results
- Assist with F&B service, guest management, and room bookings as needed
