Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Lettings Administrator to join our team. As a Lettings Administrator, you will be responsible for building and maintaining professional relationships with clients, negotiating lettings terms, and expanding the property portfolio through business development strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Lettings Negotiation
    • Negotiate lettings terms and conditions with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Business Development
    • Develop and implement business development strategies to expand the property portfolio and increase revenue.
  • Property Management
    • Ensure all properties meet legal and health and safety requirements.
  • Tenant Management
    • Manage property viewings and inspections to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
  • Customer Service
    • Handle tenant queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
