Hatched Talent Solutions is partnering with KPA Property Management, a multi-award winning lettings agency in Bristol, to support their growth and expansion.

KPA Property Management has experienced significant growth over the past three years, doubling in sales and units under management year on year. As a result, we are seeking a proactive and people-oriented Part-Time Lettings Negotiator to join their team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting property viewings, check-ins, and check-outs, working closely with the current Lettings Negotiator. This role offers flexible hours, making it an ideal opportunity for someone seeking a part-time position that can fit around family commitments or reduced working hours.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct property viewings, check-ins, and check-outs with prospective and existing tenants.
  2. Interview candidates and select the best fit based on set criteria.
  3. Maintain effective communication with tenants, landlords, and colleagues.
  4. Utilize company systems and mobile apps to manage appointments, property details, and tenant information.
  5. Ensure all administrative tasks, such as paperwork and reports, are completed accurately and promptly.
  6. Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Ideal Candidate:
  1. Experience: Previous experience in a lettings or agency environment is a plus, but not essential.
  2. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using technology, including mobile apps and online systems.
  3. Flexible Availability: Able to work weekends and evenings to accommodate tenant viewings and check-ins/outs.
  4. Strong Communication Skills: Clear, professional, and friendly communication is essential when interacting with tenants, landlords, and team members.
  5. Team Player: Works well with others, contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.
  6. Attention to Detail: Good administrative skills, ensuring accuracy in all aspects of the job.
  7. Person-Centered: Has a friendly, approachable attitude and enjoys helping people.
What's on Offer:
  1. Permanent or Self Employed options available.
  2. £15 per hour.
  3. 4-6 hours per week with the likelihood of increasing over time.
  4. Pro rata benefits and annual paid leave, if a permanent contract is taken.
