Support Worker Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Advanced Personnel. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing care and support to individuals with complex needs and challenging behaviour.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide person-centred care and support to individuals with complex needs and challenging behaviour
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a high-quality service is delivered
  • Develop and maintain relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to the development of care plans and risk assessments

Requirements:

  • Hold a valid DBS and be registered with the online service checker
  • Have a Care qualification or Care Certificate and a minimum of 6 months UK-based care experience
  • Be able to work full-time hours across a mix of shift patterns
  • Be able to provide references covering the last 5 years
  • Have all Mandatory Care Training up to date or be prepared to complete this prior to being placed into any shifts
