About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Biggleswade, Bedfordshire. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with learning disabilities to live their best lives.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities, enabling them to achieve their goals and maintain their independence.
- Assist with daily tasks, such as personal care, medication management, and meal preparation.
- Support individuals to develop their skills and confidence, enabling them to participate in activities and engage with their community.
- Work collaboratively with the support team to ensure seamless care and support.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of individual care plans.
What We Offer
- A competitive hourly rate, rising to £ per hour from 1st October 2024.
- A range of shift patterns, including early shifts, late shifts, and every other weekend.
- Generous holidays, including 33 days of annual leave and eight days of statutory bank holidays.
- Opportunities for training and development, including a fully funded Level 2 Diploma in Health & Social Care.

- Experience working with individuals with learning disabilities.
