About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Adult Support Worker to join our team in Biggleswade. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with learning disabilities to live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless delivery of support services.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individual support plans.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
What We Offer
  • A competitive hourly rate of £11.44, rising to £12.00 from 1st October 2024.
  • A range of flexible working hours, including 37.5, 30, and 22.5 hour contracts.
  • Generous holiday entitlement, including 33 days annual leave and 8 statutory bank holidays.

Requirements
  • Experience working with individuals with learning disabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
