Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our administrative team, working closely with our operational staff to facilitate the effective delivery of the IPS program across Kent & Medway.
To excel in this position, you should be adaptable and open to change, combining a compassionate approach with a strong business acumen. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will be essential in ensuring that the IPS program provides outstanding support to participants and that all components of the Individual Placement and Support model are implemented successfully.
The overarching goal of our service is to align with Shaw Trust's vision of a society where everyone has access to employment, inclusion, and independence.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Utilize your strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with database management.
- Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, ensuring clarity and conciseness.
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills in all interactions.

Work Location
This position is home-based, serving the Kent & Medway IPS Service.
