EC&I Design Engineer

We have an exciting opportunity to appoint an enthusiastic and highly motivated EC&I Design Engineer to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce, check and facilitate designs, drawings, supporting calculations and technical documents (inc. plans) with minimum supervision.
- Translate a client's requirements into a meaningful engineering and technical solution.
- Maintain the engineering quality of the project delivery, ensuring compliance with client specifications and engineering standards and local domain policy and procedures.
- Maintain compliance with Engineering Standards and applicable legislation.
- Participate in Design and System Level Reviews.
- Ensure that subsequent design meets the project and client requirements.
- Ensure the confidentiality and security of data and information received from clients is upheld.
- Ensure effective project delivery to time and cost.
Requirements:
- Good working knowledge of EC&I design software; Autocad Electrical, E-Plan P8 or similar.
- Ideally educated to degree level in a relevant engineering discipline or relevant experience.
- Conversant with the Office 365 suite of software.
- Knowledge of one or more of a variety of PES technologies – PLC, SCADA, DCS, SQL Server, Modicon M, MIS/HLS.
