Senior Contracts Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Contracts Manager to join our team at CV Library. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations on site, ensuring each project is delivered to schedule, within budget, and in line with health and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct site meetings with on-site labour and management to ensure all operations on site are moving safely and to schedule.
- Produce accurate site records and progress reports, as well as generating forecasts and cost reports.
- Monitor health and safety on site, ensuring all works are being conducted within the company's standards.
- Manage labour requirements on site, liaising with contractors and suppliers to ensure staffing and materials are maintained.
- Work alongside the pre-construction team to produce work-winning tenders and bids.
- Travel to different sites all over the UK to meet site teams and inspect works.
- Degree in Construction or Ground Engineering related subject, e.g. Engineering, Construction Management etc.
- Proven experience working in Piling.
- Full UK Clean Driving License.
- CSCS Card – desirable but not essential.
- Proven experience working as a Contracts Engineer or a similar role.
- Competitive Salary c.£35,000 - £50,000+ per annum depending on experience.
- Car Allowance of £400 per month.
