Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Shift Leader to join our team at One Stop. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of retail professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the team to deliver a seamless shopping experience for customers.
  • Manage store operations, including opening and closing procedures, to ensure a safe and secure environment.
  • Provide on-the-job coaching and feedback to team members to improve their skills and performance.
  • Monitor and analyze store performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to drive sales growth.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Ensure the store is always clean, tidy, and well-presented, maintaining high standards of visual merchandising and store maintenance.
  • Manage stock levels, including ordering and receiving stock, to ensure optimal inventory levels.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, colleagues, and suppliers to build a positive and inclusive store culture.
