Reception & Administration Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Reception & Administration Assistant to join our team in the Cardiff office of a well-established law firm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, both in person and via phone, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Manage client file opening processes, ensuring compliance with firm protocols and procedures.
  • Offer administrative support to the Client Manager and Marketing Manager, contributing to the smooth operation of the office.
  • Handle client inquiries, determining the most appropriate legal team referrals and ensuring timely responses.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a focus on organizational tools and software.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and maintain a high level of productivity in a fast-paced environment.
  • Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information, upholding the firm's reputation and values.
