Job Summary:

Rydon Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for managing a team of directly employed engineers and subcontractors to ensure the delivery of planned and reactive repairs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of engineers and subcontractors to deliver planned and reactive repairs
  • Ensure statutory compliance with current legislation and local codes of practice
  • Manage day-to-day operations to meet SLA and KPI targets
  • Work alongside the contract manager to deliver ongoing improvements and recommendations to the long-term contract strategy
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Hard FM Service Manager or experienced Supervisor level within a similar maintenance organization
  • Strong influencing, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Familiarity and competence in managing and maintaining statutory compliance
  • Knowledge of M&E building services maintenance and Health & Safety procedures
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office Packages
