About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Rydon. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of our properties, ensuring that they are safe, efficient, and fit for purpose.

Key Responsibilities

  • Undertake planned and reactive maintenance works, including PPMs and reactive repairs
  • Manage and supervise contractors, ensuring that work is completed to a high standard
  • Document management and site inductions
  • Develop and implement maintenance plans to ensure the optimal performance of our properties
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure that maintenance works are completed efficiently and effectively
