Job Summary:

The Shakespeare Birthplace Trust is seeking two Duty Managers to support the delivery of a world-class visitor experience across our Shakespeare Family Homes. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day visitor operations, including the training and supervision of staff and volunteers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate visitor operations to ensure a seamless and engaging experience
  • Train and supervise staff and volunteers to ensure high-quality service delivery
