About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Asset Data Support Analyst to join our team at D R Newitt Recruitment. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of computer systems, servers, and networking infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with UK business sites to maintain and configure computer systems, servers, and networking infrastructure.
  • Take a key role in ensuring the maintenance, configuration, and smooth operation of computer systems, servers, SAN, networking, and virtualization.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to resolve technical issues and improve IT services.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to colleagues and clients.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in IT Support.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Windows 10, Office 365, Exchange/Outlook, Teams, Active directory, Sophos MDM, Jira (ITSM), Windows server 2012, 2016, VMware, VEEAM, Fortinet, VPN, TCP/IP, and Wi-Fi.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £32,000.
  • A flexible working schedule with 40 hours per week.
