About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Consultant to join our UK Talent & Reward Advisory team. As a Senior Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering high-profile project opportunities and driving value for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Solve client's workforce challenges through the leverage of Talent and Health and Wealth solutions
  • Accountable for projects to ensure they're delivered with quality, accuracy, and efficiency
  • Manage a robust network both internally and externally to develop relationships and opportunities for the Advisory team and the wider reward and Human Capital Business
  • Support the development of thought leadership across our Advisory offering
  • Shape, sell, and lead bespoke and tailored solutions to our clients
  • Project management with a high degree of personal involvement in delivery
Requirements
  • Technical experience in Total Reward, Rewards Analytics, People Analytics, and/or Talent Management
  • Experience leading and delivering significant projects
  • Proven sales experience and experience of mentoring and leading a team
  • Ability to collaborate well with colleagues across different teams and geographies
  • Superior listening skills and ability to develop insightful questions
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Highly evolved analytical skills for interpreting data and integrating data to support decision-making
  • Consistent track record of strong senior stakeholder level client relationship management and business development
  • Commercial competence with an ability to drive revenue growth
