Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Reward Consultant to join our team. As a Reward Consultant, you will play a critical role in shaping our reward and benefits strategy to drive business growth and enhance employee experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project manage the reward and benefits review to identify areas for improvement and develop sustainable structures.
  • Build and maintain a network of professional relationships to tap into best practices and develop innovative solutions.
  • Help draft reward and benefit processes and communicate with key stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation.
  • Coordinate with HR and subject matter experts to secure approval of design changes and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage and own ad hoc projects to identify and develop solutions within reward and benefits.
  • Act as the primary subject matter expert for the HR team and stakeholders to provide guidance and support on reward and benefits-related matters.
