We represent Montgomery Advisory, a distinguished consultancy known for its extensive expertise in the field.

The Team

This team serves as the primary resource for corporate restructuring, reorganization, and outsourcing matters, particularly concerning TUPE regulations. The role involves close collaboration with two seasoned partners who have a proven track record towards partnership.

The Role

The ideal candidate will establish a robust foundation of commercial and legal knowledge within a specific area of law while enhancing client relationships, often serving as a direct point of contact. The majority of responsibilities will be advisory and transactional in nature, with litigation comprising only a small fraction of the workload.

Key Qualifications

The successful applicant will possess 5 - 8 years of post-qualification experience at a senior consultant level.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Qualified as a solicitor in England & Wales.
  • 5-8 years of relevant experience in the Employment sector within a City or International law firm or a reputable employment consultancy.
  • Demonstrated technical legal proficiency in corporate transactions, ideally within the firm's relevant industry sectors.
  • A comprehensive HR Advisory background.
  • In-depth knowledge of employment law.
  • Exceptional academic achievements.
  • A strong sense of intellectual curiosity and adaptability.
  • Self-motivated with a commitment to continuous learning and knowledge sharing.
  • A detail-oriented and proactive approach.
