This team oversees the assurance framework across our RRP capabilities and acts as the primary contact for regulatory inquiries related to RRP on a global scale.
YOUR IMPACT
We are looking for an Associate to design and implement capability assessments under the firm's RRP assurance framework and to assist in the ongoing enhancement of this framework.
The successful candidate will be tasked with designing and executing capability assessments across the firm's RRP capabilities, which encompass:

This position demands strong analytical and communication skills, including the capacity to review and critically assess outputs provided by capability owners in the context of the assessments, as well as the ability to produce documentation that meets regulatory submission standards.
The role is particularly suited for individuals with experience in one or more of the aforementioned capability areas, or those with a background in internal audit or a second line review function.
This position resides within the Assurance function of the RRP core team and will closely collaborate with other members of the RRP core team involved in the firm's broader recovery and resolution planning initiatives.
This role presents an exciting opportunity to engage in a significant area of regulatory focus and contribute to the development of the firm's approach to RRP assurance.
